Released in 1981at a very special time in my life. The album cover has a dog's kennel with a dog's collar without a dog. Hank the dog has escaped and they don't know where he is. Songs such as "World War 3" "Police Exhibit" and "Where is Hank?" It is a very quirky Post-Punk album, one of the best.

I always saw this as one of the anthems of the AIDS crisis. 'The boys sleep with girls, the boys sleep with boys'. The Tory government wanted so hard to make AIDS the 'gay curse' but as this song states - NOBODY WAS SAFE. It took until the protests took hold and hetero people started falling before the fascist Tories would act. Not even then, really as the response was so slow. Frank predicted this before he even knew it.
